Leandro Schultz

Leandro Schultz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Leandro began their career as an Accounting Analyst at Komatsu Brasil International Ltda. where they developed tools for balance conversion and handled accounting entries in accordance with USGAAP. Leandro also managed monthly and annual balance sheets, income statements, budgeting, and tax planning. Leandro then moved on to Regus Brasil Ltda. as an Accountant before joining IMG (Brazil) Ltda. as a Controller. During their time at IMG, they were involved in the start-up of activities, implemented SAP, developed internal controls and procedures, and managed various accounting functions. Leandro then joined Bic Graphic Brasil Ltda. as the South America Finance Manager, where they were responsible for controller management, expansion projects in multiple countries, and strategic organization and control activities. After that, Leandro worked at HZ Administração e Participações LTDA - Grupo Memorial as an Administration & Finance Manager. Currently, they are working at Colorcon® as the Administration & Finance Manager for the Southern Cone, overseeing financial management, accounting, financial reporting, and supporting the development of the quality system and administration of various areas. Leandro's work experience demonstrates their expertise in financial management, accounting, planning, and leading cross-functional teams.

Leandro Schultz obtained their MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they also earned an MBA in Gestão Empresarial with a focus on Administração e Negócios from the same institution between 2001 and 2003. In addition to their degrees, they received a certification from Conselho Regional de Contabilidade do Estado de São Paulo (CRCSP) - Oficial in July 1994.
