Lidia Estrela

Lidia Estrela worked as an Administrative Analyst at Colorcon from May 2018 to January 2022. Lidia then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Analyst & Communication at Colorcon starting in January 2022. Prior to Colorcon, Lidia worked as an Administrative Assistant at Elevadores Atlas Schindler from October 2014 to May 2018.

Lidia Estrela has a diverse education history. Lidia obtained a bachelor's degree in Advertising and Propaganda from USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2019, Lidia attended EC English Language Centres Alumni to enhance their skills in teaching English as a second language.

Continuing their educational journey, Lidia enrolled in a post-graduate course at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2021 to 2023. Lidia pursued a specialization in Experiências Digitais - Gestão, Produção e Engajamento, focusing on digital experiences and their management and production.

In addition to their formal education, Lidia has also obtained several certifications. In May 2023, they became a certified Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner through Thomas International Brasil. Furthermore, in March 2023, Lidia obtained a certification in Strategic Endomarketing Campaign Creation from ESPM.
