Kiana Cornish

Kiana Cornish, MA, serves as the Chief Development Officer at Color Of Change since March 2025, where Kiana leads national fundraising strategies and partnerships to advance racial justice and systemic change. Previously, Kiana held the same title at the National Black MBA Association, overseeing the annual fundraising plan and corporate partner development, and at Compassion & Choices, where Kiana managed an annual fundraising target of $23 million. Kiana's extensive experience includes senior roles in advancement and philanthropy across various organizations, such as the Dallas Leadership Foundation and Exodus Recovery Inc. Kiana's educational background includes a Master's degree in Art History from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Syracuse University.
