Aya Ghosn

Aya Ghosn has extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as the Head of Research and Development for both the Paints & Coatings division at Colortek and the Personal Care division at SANTELL since November 2020. Responsibilities include product development, technical consultation, formulation, testing, and operational management in the personal care sector. Aya's earlier roles include an internship in renewable energy management at EUROPE EDUCATION and a position as an Energy Researcher with the European Commission, focusing on cold thermal energy storage systems for concentrated solar power. Aya holds a Master of Science in Renewable Energy Engineering from Cranfield University, a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, and a Minor in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
