James Kehler

James Kehler is a seasoned professional in the field of animal sciences and biotechnology, currently serving as the Vice President of Animal Sciences at Colossal Biosciences since September 2022. As the Founder of One Health Scientific LLC since June 2018 and Co-Founder/Chief Technical Officer of Felix Pets since 2007, James has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Prior roles include Vice President of Translational Research at Mirimus (January 2020 - September 2022), Special Volunteer at NIH's NIDDK (June 2014 - June 2019), and Director of Scientific Alliances at MTI-Global Stem (July 2015 - November 2017). James has also held various leadership positions focusing on scientific programs and development. James holds a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology and a VMD in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Nutrition from Hampshire College.
