Shailu Tipparaju

Shailu Tipparaju's work experience includes founding and chairing Colosseum Group since 2005. In 2023, they founded Magna Education, an entrepreneurship school, and joined Emerge Education as a Venture Partner. In 2020, they became a Venture Partner at Dallas Venture Capital. Shailu Tipparaju also founded Examity in 2013 as the CTO and was acquired in 2023. Shailu founded and served as CEO of Strateology - Education Solutions from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, they founded EdAssist, a Bright Horizons Solution at Work, in 2008 and served as the CTO until 2011. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, they held roles at Xerox as an IT Director and Systems Analyst from 2001 to 2008.

Shailu Tipparaju has completed the Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, focusing on Owner/President management. Additionally, they have undergone Executive Education in Organizational Leadership at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Shailu holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University. In 2023, Shailu obtained a certification in Global Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education.
