Director Of Product Management at Colossyan

Tamas Kocsis is currently serving as the Lead Product Manager at Colossyan since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Guest Lecturer at Product School, where they inspired and trained product professionals in innovative product management practices.

Before joining Colossyan, Tamas held various product management positions at Hopin. Tamas first served as a Senior Product Manager, where they built the strategy and roadmap for Hopin's new website builder product. Tamas later transitioned to the role of Staff Product Manager, where they bootstrapped the strategy and roadmap for Hopin's data-driven CRM product and brought it to the closed-beta stage.

Tamas has also worked as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at Skyscanner. In these roles, they were responsible for the flights product in Skyscanner's apps, led the global release of the multi-city feature on Android, and launched the flexibility suggestions widget for flights.

Tamas gained experience as a Product Manager at Advertile Mobile, a Freelance Product Owner at Gestalten, and an Intern at T-Labs, Telekom Innovation Laboratories, where they analyzed portfolios, conducted trend analysis, and provided recommendations for clients.

Additionally, Tamas has worked as a Marketing and Sales intern at SEVEN PRINCIPLES AG, a Strategy intern at Internet Services Europe at Deutsche Telekom, and a Business Development Intern at MONOQI | Amazing Design. Every Day.

Tamas Kocsis began their education at Varga Katalin High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2002 to 2006. Tamas then pursued higher education at Budapest Business School from 2006 to 2008, specializing in International Business and studying subjects such as economics, accounting, finance, and marketing. From 2008 to 2010, Tamas attended Avans University of Applied Sciences, where they gained knowledge in economics, finance, and marketing as part of the International Business and Management Studies program. Following this, Tamas enrolled at ESCP Business School from 2010 to 2013 and obtained a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Tamas furthered their expertise by earning a certification in Design Thinking from Hasso Plattner Institute in January 2015.
