Barbara Henry

Barbara Henry is an accomplished Program Manager currently overseeing the NCAPS subcontract for COLSA on Team CACI since August 2024. Prior to this role, Barbara served as the Director of Business Operations and Transformation at Aetos Systems, Inc. from May 2020 to August 2024, and held key positions at NASA, including Deputy Associate CIO for the Applications Division and Program Executive for Applications from May 2017 to May 2020. Barbara's extensive experience at NASA also includes serving as Chief of Service Management in the Agency Applications Office and various leadership roles within the organization, focusing on IT project management, strategic communications, and business transformation. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Athens State University, obtained between 1983 and 1985.
