Rusty Brand

Rusty Brand, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at COLSA since March 2020. Prior to this role, Rusty held various positions at Booz Allen Hamilton from May 2008 to March 2020, including Integrated Business Partner Lead, Defense Market HR Lead, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Previous experience includes serving as Regional HR Manager at Deltacom, Corporate Cash Management Sales Officer at Synovus, Area Human Resources Manager at AmSouth Bank, and Human Resources Coordinator at HealthSouth. Rusty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Jacksonville State University, earned in 1997.
