Paul Rodgers

Paul Rodgers is an experienced transformation and program director with a proven track record in leading complex business separations and mergers, particularly in the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as Separation Transformation Lead at Colt Data Centre Services, Paul successfully managed the carve-out of the datacentre business from Colt Group across multiple countries, delivering the project on time and under budget. Previous roles include Associate Transformation Lead at La Fosse Digital Outcomes, M&A Programme Director for AVEVA, and significant positions at Mastercard and AIG, where Paul oversaw major M&A integrations and global transformation initiatives with budgets exceeding $100 million. Paul holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Laser Physics and Opto-Electronics from the University of Strathclyde and has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and achieving strategic business objectives.
