Prashant Shinde, MRICS, has a strong background in the construction industry, with experience ranging from Engineer Billing & Estimation to Director level roles. Having worked at companies such as Colt Data Centre Services, Gleeds, and Godrej Properties, Prashant has showcased their expertise in cost management, budgeting, and valuation. Currently, Prashant is leading valuations for the Sidra Medical Research Center Project by Qatar Foundation. Prashant holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Shivaji University.
