Debra Wainwright

Debra Wainwright currently serves as the VP/Branch Relationship Loan Officer at Umpqua Bank since March 2023, following the merger of Columbia Bank with Umpqua Bank. Prior to this, Debra was with Columbia Bank for over 21 years, where roles included VP/Business Banking Relationship Manager and Consumer UW Relief, focusing on small business to commercial lending, construction, mortgage, and consumer lending solutions. Debra's career began with positions at Inland Empire Bank, now known as Banner Bank, and as a loan officer at Columbia River Bank. Debra's education was completed at Simms High School in Simms, Montana.
