Natalie Hoffman

Natalie Hoffman currently serves as an ESG Disclosure & Reporting Analyst at Umpqua Bank since September 2023. Previously, Natalie was an ESG Associate 2 at PwC for nearly two years, focusing on assurance and consulting services related to ESG metrics, including emissions and sustainability reporting frameworks. Prior experience includes acting as an Associate Consultant at Sustainable Business Consulting, where Natalie managed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and supported various climate action projects. Natalie's contributions extend to academia as a Teaching Assistant at Harvard Extension School and include co-authoring a book with thought leader Kevin Wilhelm on effective communication regarding climate issues. Natalie's earlier roles involved youth mentorship on climate action and research internships focused on sustainability goals and solutions. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Japanese from Macalester College.
