Janet Hoffman

Janet Hoffman has a strong background in human resources, with experience at various companies. Janet is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Columbia Care since April 2018. Prior to this, Janet was the Principal of PureHR Consulting Services, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to businesses. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as the Director of HR at The Vail Corporation. Before that, Janet held various HR and training roles at Sports Authority from 1997 to 2011. Janet'scareer began at Target, where they worked in store management and corporate buying from 1987 to 1997.

Janet Hoffman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1984 to 1986. Janet later pursued a Master's degree in Adult Education at The University of Georgia from 1992 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Janet also earned certifications in Human Resources, including SPHR from the HR Certification Institute in 2010, and SHRm - SCP from SHRM in 2015.
