Laurel Forman

Laurel Forman is an experienced Laboratory Manager at Columbia Care since June 2021, overseeing the laboratory department and managing payroll and personnel issues. Previously, Laurel served as a Lab Supervisor, responsible for the Extraction and Formulation Department, focusing on THC/CBD extraction, distillation, and various production processes for cannabis products. Laurel began the career as a Lead Lab Technician, formulating a range of products for the medical marijuana industry. Educationally, Laurel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Horticultural Science from Florida Southern College, with a business focus and minors in Biology and Environmental Science. Prior work experience includes roles at Tractor Supply Company and The Pool Connection during college studies.
