Lidiann López Hoots

Lidiann López Hoots has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and learning and development. Lidiann started their career at Bake'n Joy Foods, Inc. as an HR Administrative Specialist in April 2016 and then moved on to become a Senior HR Specialist in October 2017. Later, they served as an HR Partner from March 2018 to September 2018. At Aspen Technology, they worked as an HR Business Partner from September 2018 to November 2019. Currently, Lidiann is working at Columbia Care as a Manager, Human Capital Programs since November 2019. Lidiann has also held other positions at Columbia Care, including PMO Project Manager from December 2020 to July 2023 and Director, Learning and Development from July 2023 to present.

Lidiann López Hoots has a Master of Science (MS) in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University. Lidiann also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Organizational Communication from Assumption University. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad program at Universidad de Belgrano, where they focused on Latin American Studies.

In terms of additional certifications, Lidiann obtained a Certificate in Health and Wellbeing from PREKURE in January 2023. Lidiann also became a Certified Professional Coach through Coaching Evolved in January 2023. In February 2022, they obtained a Certificate in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy from The Embody Lab. Furthermore, Lidiann earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2017.
