Lloyd Springer

Lloyd Springer has over a decade of experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as Lead Sales at Columbia Care since October 2019, after progressing from Sales Associate (Key Holder). Prior to this, Lloyd held multiple leadership roles at Target from October 2011 to October 2019, including Service & Engagement Team Leader and Guest Service Team Lead. Lloyd began a professional career as a College Intern at Jan's Tutoring House from June 2007 to August 2010. Lloyd earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music from Delaware State University, completing the degree in 2011.
