Samantha Flores

Samantha Flores is an experienced IT Project Manager currently at Columbia Care, where leadership in driving complex IT projects has been demonstrated through the implementation of daily Scrum meetings following the acquisition of TGS for $140 million. Previously at TGS Global, Samantha held several key positions, including ERP Manager, where Microsoft NAV Dynamics and Magento POS system upgrades were successfully launched for over 300 end-users. As Implementation Coordinator, product roadmaps were designed and executed to ensure smooth ERP system rollouts, while monitoring operational alignment across multiple facilities.
