Heather Donlan

Heather Donlan, M.A., SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Employee Relations at Columbia College Chicago, where responsibilities include providing expert support for conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives aligned with the institution's strategic goals. Prior roles include serving as an Employee Relations Partner and Office of the Inspector General Liaison in Human Services, where Heather contributed to policy compliance and streamlined complaint management, and as an HR Business Partner at WhoWhatWhy, focusing on strategic HR initiatives for a remote, internationally staffed organization. Earlier experience includes operations and customer service at LA Fitness. Heather holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, Training and Development & HRM, and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Psychology with a minor in Exercise Science from Lewis University.
