Kent Anderson

Kent Anderson is an experienced adjunct faculty member at Columbia College Chicago, teaching courses in Music Business and Entertainment Marketing since September 2010. As the founder and managing partner of C Sharp Business Consulting, Kent offers innovative marketing solutions tailored for artists and music tech firms. Previously, Kent held leadership positions, including President of A440 Music Group, where an independent jazz record label was established, and National Sales Director at Virgin Records America, Inc., focusing on substantial revenue acquisitions. Kent also served as Vice President of Sales at N2K, Inc., where a significant milestone in digital music was achieved. Academic credentials include multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees in Music Performance from the University of Northern Iowa and the University of Iowa.
