Susan L. Smith

Susan L. Smith is an experienced professional in the fields of design and education, currently serving as the Chicago North Shore Panhellenic Delegate for the Chicago/North Shore Theta Alumnae Chapter since August 2013. As Principal Designer and Event Photographer at KittenKoo Productions since 2007, Susan provides event photography and creative design services. In addition, Susan has been an Adjunct Faculty member in Art + Design at Columbia College, Chicago, since 2000, teaching various advertising and design courses. As Principal and Creative Director at ss1Communications, Susan specializes in integrated advertising creative concepts and design. Susan's previous roles include Manager of Graphic Design and Copywriting at the National Association of Realtors and various art direction positions at notable firms such as Leo Burnett Chicago and DDB Chicago. Susan holds a BFA in Advertising Design from the University of Oklahoma and studied at Columbia College Chicago from 2005 to 2014.
