Shannon Decker

Shannon Decker has extensive experience in business development and relationship management within the financial sector, currently working at Columbia Credit Union since May 2013. Prior roles include serving as a Relationship Manager at Total Merchant Concepts, Inc., where training and development for credit union management were provided. Previously, Shannon held positions as VP Business Relationship Manager at Umpqua Bank, VP Business Relationship Officer at Bank of Clark County, and VP Business Development/Merchant Services Officer at 1st Independent Bank. Shannon completed a Human Resources Certification at Portland State University and has continued education at the University of Portland.
