Erika McCartney

Erika McCartney is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Since November 2021, Erika has been serving as the Human Resources Director at Columbia Community Mental Health. Prior to this role, Erika held the position of Human Resources Manager at Growth Management from November 2013 to May 2016 and gained leadership experience as Front Office Supervisor at Toftrees Resort & Conference Center between 2010 and 2013.
