Glenn O'Steen holds an MBA in Management from Troy University and a BBA in Accounting from Augusta State University. Currently serving as the Procurement Manager for Columbia County since April 2007, Glenn oversees staff involved in contracts, purchasing, warehouse operations, and mail delivery services. Prior to this role, Glenn was an instructor at the University of Phoenix from June 2009 to April 2016, teaching various business and accounting courses. Glenn co-founded Solomon Consulting Group, where between 2001 and 2007, responsibilities included preparing tax returns, advising clients on business operations, and conducting QuickBooks training. Glenn's career began as a Staff Accountant at Serotta Maddocks Evans & Co. CPA's, specializing in tax preparation and financial reporting from 1995 to 2001. The combination of extensive management, accounting, and procurement experience underscores Glenn's expertise in the field.
