Richard Wyatt

Richard Wyatt is an experienced professional with a robust background in leadership, project management, and technical operations. Currently serving as the Pre Construction Manager for Columbia County, Richard provides support to the Engineering Services Division Director and oversees various transportation and civil projects. As a Business Owner of C&S Distribution, Richard connects buyers and sellers in the rare collectibles market while managing day-to-day operations. Previous roles include Geolocation Specialist at Virginia Systems & Technology, Inc., Co-owner of AR Workshop, and Senior Intelligence Reporter in the US Navy, where Richard led large teams, managed significant intelligence operations, and cultivated expertise in various intelligence-related functions. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Strategic Intelligence from Liberty University and an Associate of Arts in Art Studies from Columbia College.
