Alan Estep

Alan Estep is an experienced coach and service technician with a strong background in football coaching and operational roles. At Columbia Gas of Ohio, Alan serves as a Service Technician in Field Operations. Alan's coaching career includes significant achievements as the Assistant Head Football Coach and Offensive Coordinator at Notre Dame College, where the team broke multiple records and secured Mountain East Conference Championships. Prior roles as Associate Head Football Coach and Offensive Coordinator at Marietta College contributed to a remarkable turnaround from a 0-10 season to consecutive winning seasons, earning the title of Ohio Athletic Conference Assistant Coach of the Year in 2016. Alan's coaching journey began at Oberlin College, where initial responsibilities as an intern led to progressive leadership roles. Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Bluffton University.
