Michael Steele

Michael Steele is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Columbia Gear Corporation since May 2022, Michael previously held positions including Senior Director of Operations at Marvin Windows and Doors from December 2015 to March 2022, and Chief Operating Officer at Sioux Steel Company from September 2013 to December 2015. Michael also contributed to Valmont Industries as the Director of International Irrigation Operations between April 2007 and September 2013, and began their career at Brand Hydraulics Corp. as Production Manager from November 1993 to April 2007.
