Penny Jadwin

Penny Jadwin has held a number of leadership positions in the IT industry, beginning in 1998 as a Principal Consultant at Sierra Systems. From 2002 to 2009, they were the Director of IT at Disney Worldwide Services, where they managed 40+ projects and 100+ applications. In 2011, they joined SHI as the Managing Director of Enterprise Solution Services, and in 2014, they moved to Advanced Solutions, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they held the roles of Managing Director of Business Transformation and Director of Cloud Services. In 2017, they joined ESIT Advanced Solutions, Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the Account Delivery Executive for the BC Public Sector, and in 2018, they were promoted to Account General Manager for the BC Greater Public Sector. In 2019, they joined NTT DATA Services as a Project Program Management Strategic Advisor for BC Healthcare, and in 2020 they became a Partner and Executive Consultant at BCOME, INC. Finally, in 2021, Penny Jadwin joined Tessco Technologies as the Director of IT Finance, Governance and Controls and Interim IT Director.

Penny Jadwin has an MBA from the University of Victoria in Information Technology and Entrepreneurship. Penny also has a Computer Based Information Systems Certificate Program from the same university. Additionally, they have completed Business Skills Training and attended Nepean High School. Penny is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, obtained in April 2020, and has an Enterprise Architecture certification from the Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence.
