Doane Buksar

Doane Buksar is a highly experienced engineer with a strong focus on electrical systems and project engineering in the aviation industry. As a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer at Columbia Helicopters since April 2015, Doane has applied expertise in systems certification and qualification. Previously, Doane served as a Senior Project Engineer at Erickson Incorporated, managing engineering projects and ensuring their successful completion. Additionally, Doane held roles as a Liaison Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer, utilizing stress analysis and design software to address structural damage and create models of aircraft parts. Doane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
