Thomas Schieffer

Thomas Schieffer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in mechanics, education, and holistic health. Currently serving as a Helicopter Field Mechanic at Columbia Helicopters since May 2022, Thomas has worked globally on maintaining 234 and 47D helicopters. In addition, Thomas has been a Teacher at Sacred Roots Massage School of Montana since April 2019, imparting knowledge of Eastern Medicine to massage students. As an author, Thomas focuses on the intersection of bodywork and mental trauma through the work "Bodywork & PTSD." Previous experiences include presentations on mental health and mindfulness at PechaKucha, clinical practices in Shiatsu and Chinese internal medicine, and various roles in healing arts.
