Lenaia Kramer is an experienced educator and museum professional with a diverse background in teaching and community engagement. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for grades pre-K-8th at Columbia Local School District since September 2021, Lenaia previously worked as a 6th grade English Language Arts teacher. Lenaia's experience in the museum sector includes serving as the Membership and Group Tour Coordinator at Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage, where responsibilities encompassed managing member relations and coordinating community outreach events, and as Museum Ambassador and Outreach Assistant at Cleveland Museum of Art, where monthly programs for high school students were designed and executed. Additionally, Lenaia held the position of Distance Learning Scheduler, overseeing resource allocation and lesson plan development. Lenaia holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies Education from Youngstown State University and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Non-profit Management from Cleveland State University.
