Alissa Nichols

Alissa Nichols has a diverse range of work experience. Alissa is currently the Director of Manufacturing at Columbia Machine, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Fulfillment and Logistics at TigerStop from 2021 to 2022. Alissa also worked at Glen Dimplex Americas (formerly Cadet) for several years, holding various roles such as Director of Engineering - Heat from 2019 to 2021, Manufacturing Engineering Manager from 2018 to 2019, and Production Manager from 2014 to 2018. Alissa also has experience at Columbia Machine, Inc. as a Continuous Improvement Manager from 2010 to 2014, a Manufacturing Engineer from 2001 to 2010, and a Purchasing Assistant from 1999 to 2001. Throughout their career, Alissa has successfully managed teams, driven manufacturing processes to world-class standards, and demonstrated leadership skills.
