Alan Spragins

Alan Spragins is the current Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Columbia Pacific Advisors. Prior to this, they were a partner and director at Lake Union Capital Partners LLC from July 2005 to January 2008. Alan also served as First Vice President at Washington Mutual Bank from January 2004 to December 2006.

Spragins has also been with Columbia Pacific Advisors and Advanced Digitial Information Corporation (ADIC), where they were the Director of Strategic Business. Alan began their career as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Keystroke Technology Solutions from April 2000 to April 2002 before moving on to PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they were a manager from January 1997 to December 2000.

Alan Spragins received their Bach of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi and then went on to get their J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Afterward, they completed their LL.M in Taxation Law from New York University School of Law.
