Tim Sandoval

Tim joined Columbia Pacific in 2022 as lead analyst, real estate strategies. Previously, Tim worked in analytical and project management roles at Forterra, a local non-profit, which included creating financial models and upgrading their analytical tools. Tim earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Arizona and his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington.
