Columbia Riverkeeper
Kelly Campbell is the Policy Director at Columbia Riverkeeper since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in leadership and advocacy. From August 2009 to April 2023, Campbell served as the Executive Director of Oregon Physicians for Social Responsibility. Prior roles include Peace Program Director at the American Friends Service Committee from September 2005 to August 2009, Media Director at Pesticide Action Network North America from March 2004 to July 2005, Co-Director of September 11th Families for Peaceful Tomorrows from February 2002 to January 2004, and Campaign Coordinator at Californians for Pesticide Reform from April 1997 to February 2002. Kelly Campbell holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Anthropology with Honors from the University of Iowa.

Columbia Riverkeeper protects and restores the water quality of the Columbia River and all life connected to it, from the headwaters to the Pacific Ocean. Representing a diverse coalition of members and interests, Columbia Riverkeeper works to restore a Columbia River where people can safely eat the fish they catch, and where children can swim without fear of toxic exposure. The organization is a member of Waterkeeper Alliance, the world's fastest growing environmental movement, uniting more than 200 Waterkeeper organizations worldwide and focusing citizen action on issues that affect our waterways, from pollution to climate change.
