Cherie Rayborn, Ed.D., currently serves as an AI Consultant and Curriculum Writer at VALTEP since October 2023 and as a Special Education Teacher at Columbia School District. With a strong background in classroom administration and curriculum development, Cherie is dedicated to accommodating diverse student needs to foster academic growth. Previously, at Columbia School District from July 2014 to July 2022, Cherie held roles as an Inclusion Teacher, Department Manager, and Case Manager in the Special Services department, supervising both full-time employees and university practicum students. Cherie's earlier experience includes four years as a 5th-grade math and science teacher, during which curriculum was tailored to address various learning needs. Cherie holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi, as well as a Master's degree from William Carey University.
