Brandy Oglesby

Brandy Oglesby, MBA, CCP, GRP, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards Programs at Columbia Sportswear Company, having joined in July 2022. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific from October 2014 to July 2022, where responsibilities encompassed managing global compensation programs across 26 countries. Brandy has also held positions at Pacific University as College of Business Program Manager, Swallowtail Waldorf School & Farm as Development Coordinator, and Oglesby Consulting as a Mathematics Tutor. Earlier career experience includes Sr. Compensation Analyst roles at US Bank and Verizon, as well as an Investment Manager position at Edward Jones. Brandy holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from George Fox University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Willamette University.
