Eileen Ennis

Eileen Ennis is a seasoned professional in the field of people analytics and organizational effectiveness with a strong background in enhancing employee experience and engagement. Currently serving as a Sr. People Analytics Specialist at Columbia Sportswear Company since March 2022, Eileen is responsible for designing and executing the Voice of Employee strategy and managing global survey programs. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Organization Effectiveness Partner at MGM Resorts International, where Eileen developed talent initiatives and executed company-wide employee engagement surveys. Additional roles at ARIA Resort & Casino and MGM Resorts International have provided experience in event coordination and management training.
