Erin Allcutt currently serves as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Global Network Operations at Columbia Sportswear Company, where efforts focus on aligning supply chain operations with commercial goals to enhance consumer experience. Additionally, Erin is a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering professional women. Prior to joining Columbia Sportswear, Erin spent a decade at Nike in various senior roles, including Senior Director of Global Retail Business Operations and Senior Program Director for the Global Inventory Excellence Program, where Erin led significant operational strategies and programs across the organization. Erin's career began at Dell, where leadership roles included Director of B2B Global Online eBusiness, driving transformation initiatives within the PartnerDirect channel. Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and Operations from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
