Karen Digenova

Karen DiGenova serves as the Global Head of Talent at Columbia Sportswear Company since September 2019. Previously, Karen had an extensive career at Nike, where roles included HR Business Partner for Global Footwear, Global HR Customer Service & Operations Director, Global & North American Employee Relations Director, and Global Talent Acquisition Director. Under Karen's leadership, significant initiatives were implemented to improve operational efficiency and enhance employee relations. Prior to Nike, Karen worked at Deloitte Services as National Talent Acquisition Senior Manager and at PwC as Recruiting Lead, where innovative strategies led to substantial cost savings. Karen began the professional journey as a Recruiting Manager at Andersen Consulting and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Michigan State University, as well as an altMBA completed in 2017.
