Melissa Dugan

Melissa Dugan is the current VP, Chief Accounting Officer at Columbia Sportswear. Melissa has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Melissa began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1990 and worked their way up to Director of the Global Capital Markets Group by 2002. In 2003, they left PwC to join Nike as their Director of International Accounting. Melissa held this position for three years before being promoted to Director of Finance Reporting Strategy in 2006. Melissa remained at Nike until 2011 when they left to join Converse as their Global Controller.

In 2014, Melissa left Converse to join Nike again as their Sr. Director Global Accounting - Indirect Source to Pay. Melissa held this position for two years before moving to their current role at Columbia Sportswear in 2016.

Melissa Dugan reports to Jim A. Swanson, EVP, CFO. They are on a team with Allison Ogilvy - VP, Strategic Planning & Analytics, Chris Valladares - VP, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Erik S. Amos - VP, Tax & Treasury & Treasurer.
