Roger Wilding

Roger Wilding is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product management and infrastructure transformation. Currently serving as Sr Manager Product - Infrastructure at Columbia Sportswear Company since June 2021, Wilding has led significant initiatives, including a $4M project to modernize network infrastructure and drive the shift towards Infrastructure as Code. Prior roles include Product Owner and Director of Platform Engineering at The Standard, where Wilding oversaw Agile transformation efforts and collaborated on migrating middleware platforms. Experience also includes architecting global desktop standards as Global EndPoint Architect at UTi Worldwide Inc., achieving infrastructure efficiencies at Microsoft as Solutions Specialist, and managing client systems infrastructure at Con-way. Wilding holds a strong educational foundation in Computer Science from University of Alaska Anchorage and University of Idaho.
