Russell Anderson

Russell Anderson serves as the VP of Retail Stores at Columbia Sportswear Company since July 2018, where responsibilities include managing retail operations across 150 store locations and overseeing corporate functions such as Workforce Optimization and Retail Field Leadership. Prior to this role, Russell held various positions at Nike from 2010 to 2018, including VP/GM of Nike Stores Western Europe and General Manager of Nike Direct in Japan, with full P&L responsibility and oversight of multiple retail functions. Additional experience includes roles at Shade Clothing, Gymboree, Cabo Yachts, and volunteer work with Project Reach Out. Russell holds a BA in International Studies from Brigham Young University.
