Savanna Wilson

Savanna Wilson is a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer experience and media. Currently serving as a CX Analyst at fable since May 2022, Savanna previously worked as a Customer Experience Agent at Gorillas from June 2021 to May 2022. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Ciao Bow Wow, a dog daycare, where responsibilities involved client communication, scheduling grooming appointments, supervising, and walking dogs. Additionally, Savanna held the position of Editor in Chief at Empire State Tribune and interned at KOTO News, gaining foundational journalism experience. Savanna earned a Bachelor’s degree in Media, Culture and the Arts from The King's College in 2019.
