Orin Herskowitz

SVP, Intellectual Property & Technology Transfer at Columbia University

Orin Herskowitz is the Senior Vice President of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer at Columbia University. Orin has extensive experience in the field of entrepreneurship, having previously worked as an advisor at the Urban Future Lab and as an Executive Board Member and Principal Investigator at PowerBridge NY. Orin also served on the Executive Board of NYC Media Lab from 2011 to 2018. Prior to their current position, Herskowitz was a Manager at Boston Consulting Group from 1999 to 2005.

Orin Herskowitz attended Phillips Academy before going on to Yale University for their BA in English Language and Literature, General. Orin then attended The Wharton School for their MBA.
