Hillary Thompson

Hillary Thompson has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Hillary started their career as an Account Manager at BMD in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Hillary then joined Skilken as a Human Resources Manager in 2003 and held the position until 2012. In 2012, they became a Human Resources Manager at Preferred Living, leaving in 2013 to become the Director of Human Resources at Franklin Park Conservatory, where they worked until 2015. Currently, Hillary holds the position of Director of Human Resources at CAPA-Columbus Association for the Performing Arts, starting in 2015.

Hillary Thompson graduated from Ohio University in the year 2000. Hillary obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing and International Business. Additionally, in March 2021, they received certification in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn.
