The board of directors at CAPA have a history of experience in the financial and performance industries. They have worked as venture partners, consultants, and managers at companies such as Refinery Ventures, Redbird Management Consulting, Fifth Third Private Bank, and Cardinal Health. They also have experience in employee relations and mortgage sales. The directors all have a background in marketing, management, information systems, and economics from Ohio University.
