Kenneth Roché

Kenneth Roché has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. Kenneth began their career in 2000 as a Broker/Bank Manager at GLOBAL HOME LOANS & FINANCE, where they managed a staff of 10 employees and directed all aspects of branch office operations. In 2005, they joined Deutsche Bank as an Account Executive and contacted and developed business relations with brokerage firms to utilize Deutsche Bank products and services. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at SeemanHoltz as a Financial Advisor/Business Development/IT Networking, specializing in B2B for private placements with broker/dealers and selling final expense insurance to retirees. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at CTC Mortgage Company, LLC as a Manager/Senior Loan Officer, working for CTC Mortgage which was affiliated with Kolter Homes. In 2016, they joined ResMac, Inc. as the VP of Operations, and in 2017 they joined Columbus Capital Lending, LLC. as an Operations Manager/MLO. In 2019, they joined Element Funding as a Sales Manager and Loan Officer, and also joined Freedom Mortgage as a Loan Officer.
