Shahad F.

Shahad F. currently serves as the Academy Head Coach for the U15-U16 teams at Columbus Crew since September 2023. Previously, Shahad held the position of Academy Head Coach for the U14 team at Houston Dynamo Football Club from June 2021 to August 2023. Prior experience includes being an Academy Coach and Assistant Academy Director for the Michigan Jaguars Football Club, focusing on U16/17 and U18/19 US Soccer Development Academy girls teams from October 2016 to June 2021, and coaching various boys and girls teams from U9 to U19. Additional coaching roles include being a Staff Coach for the Michigan Olympic Development Program from October 2016 to June 2018. As a player, Shahad has represented Iran as a youth international, played for Moghavemat Tehran FC, Esteghlal Tehran FC, and competed at the collegiate level at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where a Bachelor of Engineering in Bioengineering was earned. Playing experience spans three continents, with time spent in Iran, Germany, and the United States.
