Erin Flaherty

Erin Flaherty has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Reservations and Office Manager at Columbus Hospitality Group since October 2016, where previous roles included Reservations Supervisor and Hostess/Reservationist. Prior experience includes working as a Student Fundraiser at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, a Case Management Intern at Action for Boston Community Development, Inc., and various positions at UMass Boston such as Intramural Sports Score Keeper, Game Room Manager, Front Desk Receptionist, and Game Room Attendant. Erin Flaherty holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Anthropology from UMass Boston, obtained between 2011 and 2016, and graduated from Newburyport High School in 2011.
